These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and baji3 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino services available at baji3.io. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the baji3 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the baji3 platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of any baji3 service following notification of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the baji3 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the platform.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf, for personal entertainment purposes only, and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly and legally prohibited.
• You do not have an existing baji3 account that has been suspended, restricted, or permanently closed by baji3 for any reason.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or affiliate of baji3, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

baji3 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any stage of a Player's relationship with the platform. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by baji3 support will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

To access the full range of baji3 services, you must complete the registration process at baji3.io. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all fields, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (city and division within Bangladesh), mobile number, and your preferred payment method.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) baji3 account. The creation of more than one account by the same individual — whether using different names, different mobile numbers, different email addresses, or different devices — is strictly prohibited. baji3 employs technical and manual verification procedures to detect duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person under any circumstances. baji3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account at any time, you must notify baji3 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

baji3 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, or any other conduct that is detrimental to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

All financial transactions on the baji3 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Card Payments: Visa, Mastercard (where supported by your issuing bank)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and by account verification status; current limits are displayed within your baji3 account dashboard.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed in real time under normal network conditions and should appear in your baji3 wallet within sixty seconds. Bank transfers and card deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution.

Withdrawal requests are processed by baji3 within one to four hours during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawal requests submitted outside of standard processing windows may take up to twenty-four hours. baji3 may request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or where the account has not previously completed full KYC verification.

baji3 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through the platform. However, your payment provider (for example, bKash or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees independently. baji3 has no control over and no responsibility for fees charged by third-party payment processors.

baji3 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of the promotion and which form part of these overall Terms & Conditions.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all baji3 bonuses:

1. Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be converted to withdrawable cash.
2. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.
3. Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. baji3 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress.
5. Bonus abuse, including the systematic exploitation of promotions through low-risk betting strategies, arbitrage, or coordinated play across multiple accounts, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and bonus forfeiture.

All bets placed on the baji3 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. Cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournament matches, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — is governed by baji3's Cricket Betting Rules, which are available in the Help section of your account.

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. baji3 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice, including during significant match events such as wickets falling, power-play overs, or technical interruptions to the live data stream.

All casino games available on baji3 — including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, as well as slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-certified dealing procedures. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is independent of baji3.

baji3 reserves the right to void any bet or casino wager that was placed as a result of a technical error, an obvious pricing mistake, a data feed failure, or any system malfunction. In the event of a void, the original stake will be returned to the player's account. No compensation will be offered for voided bets beyond the return of the original stake.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji3 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without their explicit knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or stolen personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the baji3 platform to launder money or to facilitate any transaction connected to criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with casino games without prior written approval from baji3.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games (particularly poker or card-based games) to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including multi-accounting for the purpose of claiming duplicate welcome or reload bonuses.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally prohibited.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at baji3 support staff or other players.

baji3 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or personal harm, it is important to take immediate action.

Every baji3 account includes the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each login session, after which you will be automatically logged out.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the baji3 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publish, sell, or otherwise exploit any baji3 content without the prior written consent of baji3.

Game content made available through third-party providers (such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) is licensed to baji3 by those providers and remains the intellectual property of the respective providers. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baji3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the baji3 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical malfunctions, interruptions in service, or network failures beyond the reasonable control of baji3.
• Loss of winnings or data resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions.
• Inaccuracies in odds or market data resulting from feed errors from third-party data suppliers.
• Any financial losses arising from gambling activity on the platform, given that gambling inherently involves risk of loss.

baji3 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will operate without interruption, error, or delay at all times. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform, for which baji3 shall not be liable.

baji3 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available in full at baji3.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and account use — including name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and, where you have opted in, for the delivery of personalised promotional communications.

All data transmitted between your device and the baji3 platform is encrypted using SSL (TLS 1.2 / 1.3). Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing algorithms and are never stored in plain text. baji3 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

baji3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — for example, a change that affects player rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms — baji3 will provide advance notice of at least seven (7) calendar days by displaying a prominent notification on the baji3.io homepage and, where possible, by sending a notification to the registered mobile number associated with your account.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarification of existing provisions, or updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication on baji3.io. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the baji3 platform and submit a withdrawal request for any available balance before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and baji3 in connection with these Terms, the use of the platform, or any transaction carried out on the platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith direct negotiation.

If direct negotiation does not produce a resolution within thirty (30) calendar days of the dispute being raised in writing with baji3 support, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate legal channels. baji3's total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the net deposits made by the player to their baji3 account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. They supersede all previous versions of the baji3 Terms & Conditions. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
